Q: Is the video filmed live?
No live calls — it’s a pre-recorded video of your real order being scooped, revealed, and packed.
Q: How long is the video?
Usually several minutes, depending on how many scoops and items are included in your order.
Q: How do I receive the video?
We’ll send the video directly to your email or via order message.
You can download and save it right away.
Q: Is the video included by default?
No — the Video Scoop Add-On must be purchased separately unless stated in a promotion
(e.g. free video for the first few launch orders).
Q: Does the Video Scoop Add-On include anything extra?
