We cannot offer refunds for:
• Not liking the items received
• Receiving duplicates
• Expectation differences vs. reality
• Style / character / color preference

Mystery products are randomized; by purchasing, you agree to this condition.

✔ If There Is a Problem With Your Order

Although we do not accept returns or refunds, we will help if:

We will send the correct item.

2️⃣ Your order arrived damaged

We will assist with filing a carrier claim.
Replacements may be provided depending on stock.

3️⃣ Items were missing from the box

We will reship the missing components for free.

🔁 Order Cancellations
• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
• Once a shipping label is created, cancellation is no longer possible.

Video Scoop Add-On cannot be canceled once filming begins.
