Q: What is a Cuteglint Mystery Scoop?
Each Cuteglint Mystery Scoop includes at least 15 thoughtfully curated items, selected from our balanced prize pool to create a fun and satisfying unboxing experience. Every scoop is unique.
Q: Do scoops include authentic Sanrio items?
Yes. Authentic Sanrio items are a regular and consistent part of our curated scoop pool and appear across our batches, though specific item types and quantities may vary.
Q: Are the Sanrio items authentic?
Yes. All Sanrio items included are authentic Sanrio merchandise purchased from authorized retail channels.
Most Sanrio items come with individual packaging and authenticity stickers.
Some smaller Sanrio items come from larger Sanrio retail sets, where the authenticity sticker is placed on the outer box — a normal part of Sanrio’s packaging process.
Q: Why do some Sanrio items have stickers and some don’t?
Sanrio uses different packaging methods:
• Individual Sanrio retail items have their own authenticity stickers
• Small Sanrio accessories in larger retail sets share one sticker on the outer retail box
Both are normal for genuine Sanrio merchandise.
Q: How can I verify the authenticity of Sanrio items?
Some authentic Sanrio products use QR codes or authenticity labels that are designed for the Asian market.
As a result, certain verification pages may open through WeChat or other region-specific platforms.
This is normal for authentic Sanrio merchandise sold in Asia and does not affect the authenticity of the item.
Please note: verification methods and packaging formats may vary by region and release. We do not control or operate Sanrio’s authentication systems.

Q: Are the non-Sanrio items cheap fillers?
No. We intentionally avoid low-value fillers.
Non-Sanrio items are selected to be:
• Practical
• Aesthetically cohesive
• Worth receiving on their own
Every item is chosen to contribute to a satisfying and well-balanced unboxing experience.
Q: How many fans/bags can one kit decorate?
Fan Kits: 2–3 fans (Deluxe up to 4)
Ita Bag Kits: 1–2 full layouts or 3 lighter ones.
